HyperNest Terms of Use
1. Introduction These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all content and services provided by HyperNest Labs LTD ("HyperNest"), including but not limited to recorded workshops, templates, materials, and advisory content. By accessing any HyperNest content or platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. License and Access Startups and users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the educational content made available by HyperNest solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
3. Intellectual Property Protection All intellectual property shared through our platform, including but not limited to accelerator methodologies, mentorship frameworks, training materials, recordings, slides, templates, and advisor network details, is the sole property of HyperNest or its licensors.
- You may not download, share, reproduce, publish, redistribute, edit, or use our content for commercial or public purposes.
- Startups are not permitted to repurpose HyperNest content into new educational products or internal accelerators.
- You may not use any HyperNest content to create derivative content, publish it on social media, or present it as your own.
4. Protection of Mentors and HyperNest Team
- All mentors participating in HyperNest workshops are contributing in a voluntary or advisory capacity and are not to be held responsible or liable for the use, misinterpretation, or implementation of advice or information provided.
- Recording, re-posting, or quoting mentors in any public or private setting without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- HyperNest is not liable for any negative outcome resulting from the use of materials, templates, or advice shared during the program.
5. Restrictions
- Users must not attempt to replicate or compete with HyperNest's programs, models, or educational assets.
- Any reproduction or public sharing of HyperNest’s video content, including screen recording or transcript generation, is strictly forbidden.
- Access credentials must not be shared. Each account is for individual use only.
6. Disclaimer of Liability HyperNest does not make any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the materials provided. All use of the content is at your own risk. HyperNest shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of content, templates, or advice shared.
7. Termination HyperNest reserves the right to revoke access for any user found in breach of these terms, without refund or prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued access to HyperNest content after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
